City of Maynardville will elect 3 Commissioners/Council Members.
Current members whose terms expire include Jeff Chesney, Keith Heiskell & Lynn Padgett.

Poll opens at 9:00am and closes at 8:00pm at the Plainview Community Center.

Candidates are:  Gary Chandler, Lisa Summers Jones, & Richard D. Phillips

The last date to REGISTER or ALTER YOUR REGISTRATION 
(ie. changing address or name) is August 7, 2008.

EARLY VOTING  will be August 14-29, 2008 (including Saturdays)
from 9am - 12 noon at the Union County Courthouse.
